Refund Policy

At East End Tire Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide quality products and services. Please review our refund policy below for tire purchases and related services.

1. Tire Sales – New & Used

  • All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds on tire purchases.

  • New tires may be eligible for manufacturer warranty claims if a defect is found (see warranty details specific to the brand).

  • Used tires are sold as-is and are not refundable unless installed incorrectly or found to be unrepairable within 3 days of purchase.

2. Installation & Service Fees

  • Service fees (such as mounting, balancing, flat repair, rotations) are non-refundable once the service is completed.

  • If you experience an issue with a service we provided, please contact us within 7 days so we can inspect and resolve the issue.

3. Defective Products

If a tire is found to be defective:

  • Please bring it back with your receipt and vehicle within 7 days.

  • We will inspect and determine if the issue qualifies for a replacement under manufacturer warranty (for new tires) or store credit (for used tires, if applicable).

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the wrong size tire was sold or installed due to our error. In such cases, we will correct the issue at no additional charge.
