East End Tire Shop provides limited shipping services for select products. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Availability

  • We currently ship select products (e.g. new tires, wheels, and accessories) within the United States only.

  • Shipping is not available for used tires or installed services.

  • All items are shipped from our Houston, TX location.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We use standard ground shipping through trusted carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

  • Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on location, size, and weight of the items.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather conditions.

5. Local Pickup Option

Customers near Houston may choose free in-store pickup at checkout. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

6. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

  • Free shipping may be offered on select items or promotions (as advertised).

7. Order Issues & Damaged Packages

If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Keep the original packaging and provide photos if possible.

  • We will work with the carrier and customer to resolve the issue.
